Doheny Securities Limited (DSL) is aware that confidentiality of personal information is important to our clients. At the same time, as a provider of financial services, the collection and use of personal information is fundamental to our business. We are committed to protecting the privacy of client personal information with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Personal information identifies a client as an individual, including name, address, age, gender, social insurance number, employment, identification information, telephone numbers, email addresses and financial information. DSL asks for personal information; to determine the suitability and eligibility of products and services for its clients (where such information is reasonably necessary to provide a product or service a client has requested); and to comply with the law. This information will be used only in activities necessary to provide products and services carried by DSL, its employees and representatives. The use of this information will not be shared with other parties without client consent, unless it pertains to our product suppliers who assist in serving our clients, or any relevant governmental authority(ies) or agency(ies) where required by applicable legislation.

DSL will keep personal information as accurate and current as necessary for its identified purposes.

Clients have the right to request access to their personal information, and if necessary, correct any inaccurate information. Upon request DSL will allow a client and provide access to the existence, use and disclosure of their information as provided by law.
